Karlee has spent the last five years growing her craft and reputation as a thoughtful, intuitive designer. She enjoys transformation work, color corrections, and curated curly cutting, bringing shape, movement, and balance to each guest’s hair.

Her education spans advanced curly cutting programs, highlighting and extension certifications, and hands-on training with Oribe, Redken, and Lola’s internal education team. This foundation allows her to create personalized, modern looks grounded in both technique and creativity.

Karlee is known for her calm presence, southern warmth, and her ability to listen deeply. She designs hair with intention and care, focusing on results that are easy to wear and aligned with each guest’s personal style.
